Cold-casting method

The unique cold-casting method was developed by Asbach. In contrast to the conventional pulverising method that has never been able to produce the Asbach quality standards fully, the cold-casting method permits production of a particularly fine sugar crust inside the chocolate.

The delicate inner crust separates the exquisite Asbach wafer-thin from the shell of the bittersweet chocolate that encases it. This melt-in the-mouth delicacy is the perfect combination of sweet, melt-in-the mouth enjoyment and finest Asbach. And the particularly fine sugar crust has its own tempting crispness when bitten into.

While more serious connoisseurs can also find sorts without a sugar crust in the Asbach range, the essential ingredient remains the same: full-bodied, finest Asbach.
